Lady Gaga Unveils New Song ‘Hold My Hand’ From ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ Movie


Pop music icon Lady Gaga unveiled her new song hold my handthat she wrote for the next Tom Cruise movie Top Gun: Maverick Wednesday.

Taking her social media handles, the Gucci House The star teased the lyrics for the new song and shared details about the track’s May 3 release.

By posting on social media, rain on me The 36-year-old singer explained that she had been working on the track “for years”.

She also posted a monochrome photo of herself donning a white tank top, dog tags and a flight suit while standing in front of the Top Gun logo as she candidly detailed the process of working on Holy My Hand.

“When I wrote this song for Top Gun: MaverickI hadn’t even realized the multiple layers it covered through the core of the film, my own psyche and the nature of the world we live in,” she wrote.

“I’ve been working on it for years, perfecting it, trying to make it ours. I wanted to make the music a song where we share our deep need both to be understood and to try to understand each other – a desire to be close when we feel so far away and an ability to celebrate the heroes of the life.

She also thanked the main contributors to the song and added, “This song is a love letter to the world during and after a very difficult time. I wanted you to hear it for so long. And I’m so excited to give it to you on May 3.
