What is your favorite sports movie?

It’s that time of year again when I ask you about your favorite sports movie. There’s all the excitement around the NFL Playoffs. So, I felt the need to ask the million dollar question. What is your favorite sports movie?

There are so many choices. You can choose from films, documentaries and historical films. I’m about to jump into my favorites in no particular order. So let’s go.

Here are my ten favorites: Bull Durham, Eight Men Out, The Natural, HBO Documentaries on Lombardi, Magic and Bird, Joe Namath and Tiger on Tiger Woods.

Also, Field of Dreams, Any Given Sunday and Return of the Titans.

These films and documentaries are for me all greatness. There are hundreds to choose from. One thing I want to point out is that all of the ESPN documentaries, like 30 for 30 and E 60, are all great too. As the ten episodes of The Last Dance by Michael Jordan were all absolutely fabulous.

So, now I ask you all what are your favorite films and documentaries? Talking sports movies on sports radio is a cheap pop to get listeners to call. I’ve never done that on any of my shows because it’s weak. So I just ask with the article what your favorite sports movie is. You can list as many as you want!
